Property Forecast Pro ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use propertyforecastpro.com.au, why we collect it, and how it's stored and used.

We collect data in two situations:

• When you use the calculator anonymously: nothing personal. Your inputs (purchase price, rent, expenses etc.) are processed in your browser and on our server only to return calculated results. We don't link them to you.
• When you submit your email (via the calculator results page, exit-intent popup, "Email me this analysis" button, or the contact form): we store your email address, the calculator inputs you used (purchase price, weekly rent), the calculated ROI and cash flow values, the time of submission, and the source of the submission.

• To send you the property analysis you requested.
• To send occasional Australian property investment insights and updates — only if you tick the consent checkbox.
• To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form.
• To improve the calculator and content (aggregated, never identifying you individually).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your email with third parties for advertising.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in if you have an account, and to remember that you've dismissed the cookie banner. We do not run third-party tracking or advertising cookies on our own behalf.

If we display Google AdSense advertising on this site, Google may set its own cookies in accordance with Google's own privacy practices. You can manage your ad preferences at adssettings.google.com.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please use the contact form with the subject line "Data request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

Your data is stored on secured servers and protected with industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We retain captured leads for as long as you're subscribed to our updates. You can request deletion at any time.

By submitting your email through any capture form on this site and ticking the consent checkbox, you agree to receive property investment insights from us. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers.
